The combination transformer is characterized by reliable power supply, reasonable structure, quick installation, flexible and easy operation, small volume, low construction cost, etc. it is suitable for outdoor and indoor use, and is widely used in industrial parks, residential quarters, business center and high risers.
ZGS series substation is american type combined substation with function of high voltage control, protect, power transformation and distribution. Usually used in urban and rural power distribution system .The high voltage load switch and high voltage fuse of this product are installed in the oil immersed transformer, with the two structure: in same case with the transformer and in different case with transformer.
The product is divided into ring network type, terminal type and dual power supply type. In order to make the product more suitable for the actual requirements of China's power grid, a plug-in fuse is introduced. Fuse fault does not affect the performance of the transformer. According to the complexity of low-voltage feed out requirements, ZGS series products are divided into three shell forms: standard type, reinforced type and comprehensive type, for customers and designer selction.

Product Features
1.The shell is designed according to foreign technology, and has the characteristics of firmness, heat insulation, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, water prevention, small animal prevention, beautiful appearance, etc. There are many choices of shell materials, such as aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, non-metallic materials (glass fiber cement), etc.
2.High voltage switch gear choose xgn15, hxgn17 or kyn28a high voltage switchgear as incoming line, high voltage metering and high voltage outgoing line. The high-voltage side can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes, such as loop network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and high-voltage metering elements can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. Load switch or vacuum circuit breaker is generally selected as the main switch, with compact and reasonable structure and perfect anti misoperation function
3.Low voltage switchgear choose GGD, GCS or MNS etc. as low-voltage incoming line, reactive power compensation and low-voltage outgoing line. The low-voltage side adopts panel type or cabinet mounted structure ,which can meet the power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy measurement and other functions. The main switch generally adopts ordinary load switch or intelligent circuit breaker, with flexible installation and simple operation.
4. The transformer can be fully sealed oil immersed transformer or dry-type transformer. The oil immersed transformer can be S9,S11,S13 or SH15, and the dry-type transformer can be SCB11, SCB12, SCB14 or SCBH15. It can be freely configured according to the actual needs of customers, with many options and strong flexibility.
5. The top cover of the box is desgned as a double-layer structure, and the interlayer is filled with foam plastic, which has a good heat insulation effect.
