Maintenance and maintenance:

First, material preparation
The first step in making a hinge is to prepare the materials. The most common alloy material is steel, but some hinges use materials such as copper, aluminum, zinc and stainless steel. Two, cold heading processing
In the process of manufacturing hinges, cold heading processing is usually unavoidable. This process creates the shaft and hinge of the hinge by pressing a metal material into a perforated rod. In this process, the metal material is highly compressed, and this compression can increase the hardness and strength of the metal.
Third, heat treatment
Heat treatment is an important step in the manufacture of high quality hinge. In this process, the material is heated to change its mechanical and physical properties and make it stronger and more durable. Heat treatment can also change the color and appearance of the hinge, making it more beautiful and durable.
Fourth, surface treatment
Surface treatment is the final step in hinge manufacturing, the purpose is to make the hinge better adapt to the environment, enhance its corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Common surface treatment methods include galvanizing, anodizing, painting and polishing. These surface treatments can make the hinge more beautiful and prevent corrosion and damage.
1. Spring hinges
Mainly used for cabinet doors, wardrobe doors, it generally requires a plate thickness of 18-20mm. From the material points, can be divided into: galvanized iron, zinc alloy. On the difference between the three kinds of hinges of right Angle (straight arm), half bend (half bend), and big bend (big bend) :
Right-angle hinges allow the door to completely cover the side panels;

2. Door hinges

4. Heavy hinges
Due to the particularity of the installation position, the requirements for hinges are also very large, the general size is more than 150MM, the bearing force is large, the shape structure is in line with the special structure of the cabinet door, often used in cold storage, freezers and other large doors, mostly zinc alloy material.
5. Special-shaped hinges

6. Other hinges
There are table hinges, flip door hinges, glass hinges. Glass hinges are used to install frameless glass cabinet doors, requiring a glass thickness of no more than 5-6mm.
