Our dry-type transformers need to be designed before production, and when confirming the design of the transformer, we need to pay attention to the two aspects of the winding and insulation.
First of all, confirm that the drawings are consistent with the production of products, to confirm its capacity is correct and then look at the line gauge, find out the line gauge to confirm the number of turns. Secondly, to confirm what kind of wiring, high-voltage drawings to look at its tap out, count the number of turns out of the head, low-voltage look at what kind of winding, the length of the head, the position of the transposition, the winding of the inner and outer diameters, amplitude to the size and so on.
Secondly, according to the coil inside the warp calculate the length and width of the paper tube cardboard, and then from the drawing number to find out the length of the end of the insulation drawings, including oil channel pads and corrugated oil channel thickness, in turn, to find out the end of the circle and the upper and lower iron yoke insulation.
The second part is to start the side winding, insulation.
Third, semi-finished coil insulation test. Low-voltage coil winding is completed and winding process to use a multimeter to measure insulation, mainly to measure whether the turns are short-circuited.
Fourth, lead hot tin pre-assembly and welding. Including lead preparation, lead welding, lead overall assembly welding and insulation wrapping.
Fifth, labeling.
Sixth, coil set.
Seventh, semi-finished product testing.
Eighth, overall assembly.
According to the cooling medium, there are dry transformers, oil-immersed transformers, inflatable transformers, etc., according to the cooling method, there are natural cooling type, air-cooled type, water-cooled type, forced oil circulation water-cooled type, forced oil circulation air-cooled type, water-cooled type, etc., and there are autotransformers, double-coil transformers, three-coil transformers, etc. When classified according to the voltage regulation method, it can be divided into on-load voltage regulation and no-load voltage regulation transformers, and when classified according to the neutral insulation level, it can be divided into fully insulated transformers (the neutral insulation level is the same as the starting insulation level) and semi-insulated transformers. According to the core type classification, can be divided into core type, shell type, radiation type and so on.
Dry transformers mainly rely on air convection for cooling, referring to the transformer whose iron core and winding are not impregnated in insulating oil, which is generally used for local lighting and electronic lines. Compared with oil-type transformers, dry transformers have no oil, and there is no fire, explosion, pollution and other problems. Moreover, the dry transformer is free from maintenance, occupies a small area, and does not need to make a separate transformer room. In addition, dry-type transformers have good impact resistance, good mechanical strength, good crack resistance and moisture resistance. Good heat dissipation and other advantages. Compared with the oil-immersed transformer, it suffers from low lightning voltage radiation value, and the probability of lightning strike is relatively small, which has been widely used in national key projects and major projects in our country, and its reliability is well won!
