Basic Information

Product Details
There are mainly several kinds of surface glitter:
1. Spangle Coating
In the normal solidification process of zinc layer, zinc grains grow freely and form a coating with obvious zinc flower morphology.
2. Minimized Spangle Coating
During the solidification process of zinc layer, the zinc grains are artificially limited to form the smallest zinc flower coating as possible.
3. Spangle-Free
By adjusting the chemical composition of the plating solution, there is no visible zinc flower morphology, and the surface is uniform.
4. Zinc-Iron Alloy Coating
Heat treatment of the steel strip after the galvanized bath, so that the entire coating to produce zinc and iron alloy layer, this coating appearance is dark gray, no metallic luster, easy to powder in the vigorous forming process, suitable for in addition to general cleaning, without further treatment can be directly painted coating.
5. Differential Coating
On both sides of the galvanized steel sheet, a coating with different zinc layer weights is required.
6. Skin Pass
Finishing is a cold rolling process of small deformation on galvanized steel plates for one or more of the following purposes.
Improve the surface appearance of galvanized steel or suitable for decorative coating; To temporarily minimize the phenomenon of slip lines (Luders lines) or creases that occur when the finished product is not processed.

First, raw material preparation.
The raw material of galvanized steel coil is ordinary steel coil, which is processed into the required size flat plate after cutting, polishing, leveling, slinting and other processes. Second, surface treatment.
Before galvanizing, the steel coil needs to be surface treated. First, the surface of the steel coil is pickled with hydrochloric or sulfuric acid to remove surface rust and dirt. Then, rinse well with water and dry with compressed air. The purpose of this is to ensure that the galvanized layer can be tightly attached to the steel surface, thereby improving the anti-corrosion effect.
Three, hot dip galvanizing.
Hot dip galvanizing is an important step in the processing of galvanized steel coils. The treated steel coil is put into the galvanized tank, and the zinc layer is covered on the steel surface after melting at high temperature to form a zinc alloy layer. This process needs to be carried out at high temperatures, and the general temperature is controlled between 450-500 ° C. At the same time, it is necessary to control the thickness of zinc layer in order to achieve better anti-corrosion effect.
Fourth, cooling and passivation.
After hot dip galvanized steel coils need to be cooled and passivated. Cooling can be water cooling or air cooling, the purpose is to allow the steel coil to cool quickly, so as not to affect the structure and performance of the zinc layer. Passivation is to enhance the corrosion resistance of the zinc layer, and chromate passivation agent is generally used for surface treatment.
Fifth, Winding and packaging.
The steel coil after the above treatment can be rewound and packaged. The galvanized steel coil is collected by a winder and then packaged. When packaging, it is necessary to ensure that the steel coil is not scratched or contaminated, and to ensure that the product identification is clear and accurate.
Sixth, Quality inspection.
In the process of processing galvanized steel coil, it is necessary to conduct quality inspection. The test contents include dimensional accuracy, surface quality, zinc layer thickness, etc. These test indexes directly affect the quality and anticorrosion effect of galvanized steel coil. Only products that meet the standards can be sold outside the factory.
