H-shaped steel is a kind of economically efficient profile with more optimized section area distribution and more reasonable strength-to-weight ratio, which is named because its section is the same as the English letter "H". Because all parts of H-shaped steel are arranged at right angles, H-shaped steel has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light structural weight in all directions, and has been widely used.

H-shaped steel is a new type of economic construction steel. The section shape of H-beam is economical and reasonable, and the mechanical properties are good. When rolling, every point on the section extends more evenly and the internal stress is small. Compared with ordinary I-beam, H-beam has the advantages of large section modulus, light weight and metal saving, which can reduce the building structure by 30-40%. Product manufacturing process

1. Loft

When lofting, it is necessary to clearly mark the assembly mark, the mark of the screw hole, the position direction of the reinforcement plate, and the tilt mark and the center line reference line and the inspection line, and make a sample if necessary.

2. Cut the material

When the steel plate is blanking, the impurities such as rust on the cutting surface should be removed before the cutting down, the cutting parts should be kept smooth, the slag and splash should be removed after cutting, the cutting should master the use of mechanical equipment and operating procedures, and the equipment parameters should be adjusted to the best value.

3. Organize

Before the steel plate is assembled, the deformed part should be corrected and reached within the range of control deviation. The contact surface is not free of burrs and other stains, and the measuring tools used must be accurate when assembling.

4. Weld

The welding process should adopt the portal type automatic submerged arc welding machine, and the column and beam connecting plate and ribbed plate should be welded manually.

5. Punch holes

The drilling equipment should adopt rocker arm drilling bolt hole spacing should meet the relevant standards of "Steel Structure Construction and Acceptance Code", and should use a ruler or visual inspection.

6. Correct

The equipment used for correction is the flange straightener, and the operator should be familiar with the process content, and master the operating procedures of the flange straightener, and self-check should be carried out after correction.

7. End cut

After the correction of the welded steel column and beam is completed, the end milling machine is used for flat cutting.

8. Remove rust

The rust removal process of H-shaped steel is carried out by shot blasting machine, which can improve the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of steel.

9. Spray paint

After rust removal and inspection, it is necessary to spray the first primer and then spray the intermediate paint and top paint. After completion, quality inspection should be carried out to ensure that each coating meets the process requirements.
